If there is any failure in delivery, we do offer refunds or replace your order.

We Have the Following Criteria for a Full Refund:

1. If the package was insured but was intercepted by customs.

2. If the goods or items do not meet your satisfaction or requirements.

3. If the package is damaged during transportation, even if it was not insured.

4. If there is a delay in shipment or the package is not delivered within 10 days after payment.

5. If there was an error in shipping the parcel to the wrong address.
